Returning to a place where you were happy will always be a gamble, and Justina seems to sense it as soon as she arrives in the small Patagonian town of Puerto Pirámides. To return is to be reunited with her family, with her friends, with the landscape where she grew up, with her mother’s legacy, and with an old summer love, Patricio, whom she has not seen for a long time and who is about to get married.

Tensioned between a past which she is not yet ready to leave behind, a present, which does not seem to totally convince her and a future that is still uncertain, for Justina returning might also imply discovering who she is and who she wants to be.
